Terms and Conditions



While every effort is made to portray items accurately, variations may occur. All measurements quoted are estimates and the reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow. As the cards are handmade variations may occur which will add to the uniqueness of the product.


There is a built in stock taking mechanism on the website, but occasionally due to administrative error, we may not be able to supply an item. Therefore all items are subject to availability. We will email you as soon as possible if the item you have ordered is not available, also if the item will be coming back into stock.


We reserve the right to change pricing of products at any time.

At Sweetpea Cards and Gifts we aim to deliver high quality items at all times. We take time in delivering quality handmade cards and pictures. We buy our gifts from a variety of sources and aim to give our customers beautiful and unique items. If however you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us in an unused condition within 21 days with tags attached for a refund or exchange. This does not include items that have been personalised.

Please ensure the following when returning items 

  1. All items are unused with original tags attached in saleable state
  2. Please obtain proof of postage and retain this for your records until the refund on your return has been processed
  3. Email us when item has been sent


We can not accept responsibility for parcels which do not reach us so retain your proof of postage until you have received an email from us confirming we have received the returned item.


We will normally process your refund to the card used to make the payment, within 7 days of receiving the item.


Delivery charges and return postage are non refundable unless the item is faulty.



We do not accept return of earrings in compliance with current health and hygiene regulations.



Refund of Personalised Goods


We regret that we can not refund personalised items as these are made to order and can not be resold. With invitations you will receive an email with a copy of the sample which you must check and confirm by email that the order is correct. Hard copies of sample invitations may also be purchased.


This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
